Promenade Apartments, is part of the second stage of the prestigious Portside Wharf development located at Hamilton in Brisbane. The development comprises 172 apartments including one, two and three bedroom dwellings. The ground level includes 14 retail tenancies which will include landmark tenants including Max Brenner and Subway. Car parking for the apartments is provided with a single basement car park level and three podium car park levels.

The building boasts prime views of the Brisbane River and Brisbane’s CBD skyline. Hamilton has established itself as one of Brisbane’s leading entertainment precincts and the building is located within meters of restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket and various fashion outlets.

WTP provided post contract services for Brookfield Residential Properties and was appointed as the projects Independent Certifier. WTP was also appointed to the financial verification role for ANZ bank, the project financier.
