The project comprises the subdivision of 50 hectares of land land to provide 330 land subdivision lots and 46 home sites together with 9 hectares of public park land. The project is divided into nine stages.

The various residential precincts comprise a mix of 3 bedroom terraces and townhouses, two bedroom lofts and home sites. The new townhome design has the main bedroom downstairs and comes with either a single or double garage variant. The two bedroom loft design provides an option for buyers seeking a three bedroom compact low maintenance home at an entry level price.

The public parkland across 9 hectares includes tennis court, open play areas, barbeques, picnic shelters and children’s play equipment.
