The project included the staged extension and redevelopment of this major regional shopping centre to provide new retail, malls, Coles Supermarket, Target, mini majors such as JB HiFi, restaurants and a “Glasshouse” dining precinct, a new library for Brisbane City Council and extensive car parking and roadworks.
WTP provided full Quantity Surveying Services during the master planning, schematic design, design development, full tender and post-contract administration services through the construction phase to final account and Superintendent services on behalf of the co-owners.
