Undertaken as part of Burswood’s $750 million redevelopment the Gaming Extension project comprised construction of an expansion of the gaming floor onto an existing podium deck, high quality fitout for casino gaming plus a pub, bar, restaurant, cafe, entertainment lounge and amenities.
The works also included hard and soft landscaping to the existing podium deck, hotel porte cochere and colonnade.
The Existing Gaming area also underwent refurbishment including the staged replacement of the existing finishes and enhanced ceilings, walls and floor coverings to match the new extension.
WT Partnership provided full quantity surveying services for this project which was completed in May 2013.
