WT Partnership provided cost management advice for one of Australia’s largest taverns with over 99 beer taps.

Situated on the slopes of Eatons Hill, this development comprises a hotel, tavern and function centre for weddings, conferences and other business and social occasions. Other features including a TAB and gaming lounge, a drive-through bottle shop and multi-level quality car parking areas.

The varying types of decor and ambience of the nine bars and restaurants including a showcase rooftop bar with sweeping tree-top views – adds to the unique nature of the complex, making it a top benchmark in the field of leisure and entertainment industry.

WT Partnership provided full Quantity Surveying Services during the design phase and full post contract services during the construction phase.
