WT Partnership provided quantity surveying services for the first Hilton Hotel Residences in the World.

The project comprises the design and construction of apartment residences, hotel and premium resort facilities in two high rise towers above podium retail, hotel facilities and basement car parking. The first stage, known as ‘Boulevard Tower’ (West Tower) is a 32 level tower with 186 luxury apartment residences, elite fashion houses and retail spaces. The second and final stage, known as ‘Orchid Tower’ (East Tower) comprises 169 room Hilton Hotel from ground level to level 15 and 224 apartment residences, from levels 16 to 56, public domain, podium facilities, a two storey retail podium and 5 basement car park levels. The diaphragm wall, substructure and tower works were constructed in advance of the car park with top down construction.

WT Partnership was initially engaged by financier ANZ Bank to assist in their negotiations with Brookfield Multiplex who had been invited to take the development over following the financial collapse of the incumbent developer.

WT Partnership was then appointed Independent Certifier under the several contracts and deeds with the main duties being administration functions within the D&C Contract.
