WT Partnership provided full quantity surveying services for long term client the Mantle Group’s redevelopment of the iconic Jimmy’s on the Mall restaurant in Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall.

To facilitate a more open Mall, Mantle Group consolidated their existing Jimmy’s on the Mall and neighbouring Café East restaurants (east of Albert Street) into the one new venue. The former Jimmy’s on the Mall (outside the old Regent Theatre) remained in operation during construction.

The new restaurant has the same capacity as the two current venues, with two restaurants and two bars, but take up less space.

The new development includes a restaurant on the ground floor and another on the rooftop, as well as bars on two levels.

The design includes a garden on the top floor, a retractable roof and living green walls made up of plants and flowers.
