WT Partnership (WTP) was commissioned to provide cost management consultancy services to the new science laboratory building at the Charles Sturt University at Wagga Wagga.

The NaLSH project is constructed over 3 levels with plant areas contained on the basement and top level and teaching, staff, laboratory and amenities areas on the ground floor. In addition, this Green Star design project involved the construction of a Phytotron, Glasshouses and Growth Chambers.
