WT Partnership provided quantity surveying and construction cost management services on the construction of the Holcim’s Precast Concrete Manufacturing Facility at Swanbank Enterprise Park

The new facility allows Humes, a division of Holcim, to supply pipe and precast concrete products to customers throughout the South East Queensland region. It is located 35 km from the Brisbane CBD and only 10 km from the Ipswich CBD.
