The new 171 bed Norwest Private Hospital comprises ten operating theatres, basement car parking for 690 cars and 8,000 m2 of strata consulting suites over four storeys.

Features of the new hospital include large open-air atrium for mothers, babies and visitors, spacious single rooms with ensuites, natural light to all patient rooms, the highest quality control system plus a private emergency department.

WT Partnership fulfilled the role of Independent Certifier for the project providing certification of monthly progress claims and cost to complete reports for funding requirements.
