WT Partnership provided comprehensive quantity surveying services through the design and construction phases of the Queensland Institute of Medical Research’s new Central Research Centre.

The new 15 floor research facility serves as the integrating hub and provides accommodation for 20 new research laboratories attracting an additional 400 scientists and students to QIMR. This expansion will increase the Institute’s research capacity in areas such as tropical diseases, vaccine development, cancer and genetics.

WT Partnership’s team successfully negotiated the contract sum with the contractor and has provided full audit services throughout the project.
