Leading international cost management and advisory firm WT announced the acquisition of Gestione Ministration Private Limited (“Gestione”), a leading provider of cost advisory services in India.
Gestione has a dedicated team of 25 highly experienced professionals with a wealth of industry expertise. With offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai, Gestione supports clients from a range of sectors spanning banking, financial services and insurance, hospitality, industrial and property sectors.
The acquisition will further strengthen WT’s position in the Indian market by leveraging Gestione’s expertise and client relationships. All Gestione employees and directors will transition to WT’s operations in India, ensuring seamless service delivery to existing clients.
