WT Partnership provided quantity surveying services to Plenary Group and the South Australian Government for the $40 million South Australian Police and Courts project, the first PPP project to be undertaken by the State.

The design, build, operate and maintain project incorporated the construction and or/redevelopment of nine police and court facilities across six regional locations including Port Lincoln and Gawler.

With one exception, all sites were brownfield redevelopments, and involved a demanding decanting requirement and continuation of sensitive police and court operations on site.

Fast tracking of construction was achieved through the selection of simple and efficient building elements such as pre-cast cells, light weight steel framing and creating an appropriate civic design.
