Energex is the sole tenant in this new building which has a 6 Star Green Star rating. The 27,000 m2 campus environment has large floor plates with a central lift core and three full height atrium spaces within the central spine of the building linked by a series of inter-tenancy staircases. The fitout has no individual offices and includes conference room, boardroom, training rooms, gym, credit union, library and control.
WT Partnership was involved in the project from concept design stage and provided ongoing cost advice and regular budget updates at design hold points. A large portion of the early fitout works was negotiated with the base builder to be integrated within the base building and reduce the extent of abortive works.
