His leadership has driven major outcomes for clients in diverse sectors including IT, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, residential, hospitality, and public spaces. Known for his ability to align project delivery with time, cost, and quality benchmarks, Arun has made a lasting impact on India’s built environment.
He currently serves as the National Head of India Operations at WT Synergon India Pvt Ltd, where he oversees project and program management services across the country. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles such as Associate Vice President – Infrastructure & Facility at Infosys Ltd, Bangalore, and Associate Vice President at CapitaLand India Pvt Ltd (formerly Ascendas India Pvt Ltd).
Arun is a graduate Civil Engineer with a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management. He is highly regarded for his deep technical knowledge, market insight, and strong adherence to business ethics and core values. Throughout his career, he has led end-to-end delivery of projects including steel plants, pharma facilities, IT campuses, data centres, metro stations, schools, residential and commercial developments, interior fit-outs, and more.
