Bhimrao is a seasoned cost consultant with over 24 years of experience in cost management and quantity surveying across India and the Middle East. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), he has successfully delivered commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and hospitality projects for a broad range of clients.
Bhimrao has built deep expertise across all facets of cost consultancy – from feasibility through to final account – meeting the evolving expectations of modern clients and industry standards. His well-rounded skillset enables him to provide strategic cost leadership and tailored solutions across every stage of the project lifecycle.
He previously served as Director at Gestione Ministration Pvt Ltd which was acquired by WT in 2024, where he oversaw company operations and acted as key account manager for high-profile clients including BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley, and UBS.
