With a background in Civil Engineering and MRICS accreditation, he brings deep industry knowledge and a strategic, detail-oriented approach to managing complex construction costs.
Currently serving as National Lead Office Spaces at WT, Sachin oversees the delivery of high-performance fit-out and workplace projects across India, ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with client goals and evolving market demands.
He is widely recognised for his precision, reliability, and strong client relationships. His proactive approach to cost control and value optimisation consistently contributes to the successful delivery of projects across commercial, corporate, and mixed-use sectors.
Prior to joining WT, Sachin served as Director at Gestione Ministration Pvt Ltd, which was acquired in 2024. He has been highly regarded by clients for his leadership, commitment, and ability to deliver results with integrity.
