The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) were relocating to 10-12 Mort Street and required a base build refurbishment as well as the fitout of their new space, The base build refurbishment was intended to increase the NABERS rating of the building in order for it to be an acceptable space for DEEWR to occupy. Works took place on basement levels 1 and 2, ground floor, upper and lower mezzanine, levels 1 to 6 and the roof, with an overall project size of 15,500 m2.

WT Partnership provided pre contract estimating services to set the budgets as well as post contract administration services throughout the construction period including monthly progress claim assessments, variation reviews and negotiations as well as financial reports.
