Refurbishment of an occupied building including extensive services upgrade, as well as extensive lobby and external works. The scope of works included replacing on floor services plant and BMCS, installing new fire services systems and controls, new electrical infrastructure and reticulation and lift upgrades.

WT Partnership provided full post contract services including assessment of monthly progress claims from the contractor, provision of financial reports to the Client, review and assessment of variations and agreement of the final account value.
