WT Partnership provided Full Cost Management Services on the 30,000 m² plus ATO Fitout in City Central Tower 8.

The project was completed on time and under budget.

The project was delivered via a Managing Contractor procurement method and was integrated into the base building works.

WT Partnership successfully worked with a Base Building team of consultants led by Woods Bagot and a Fitout Team managed by UGL Services to deliver the biggest fitout in Adelaide successfully.
