WT Partnership (WTP) was commissioned by UGL Project Management to provide cost management consultancy services for the full refurbishment of the ATO Newcastle offices.

The project comprised refurbishment of all eight levels and included the client service centre located on the ground floor with a total area of 13,500 m2.

This was a challenging project as the building was fully occupied during the project duration requiring detailed consideration of churn management and staging costs. Due to the sensitivity of the tenant environment the high level of security required additional consideration of contractor overheads and subcontractor selection.
