The project was for the expansion and refurbishment of the minimum security prison for women at the existing Nyandi facility at Hayman Road Bently. It comprises accommodation for between 70 and 90 women predominantly in small single storey low security accommodation units with supporting infrastructure, demolitions and associated external works and site services.
