WT Partnership was engaged by BUPA to provide full quantity surveying services, including cost planning, full tender and post contract administration services through the construction phase for their development at 82 Allum St Bankstown on the site of the former Yagoona Bowling Club.
The development offers care and services for 144 residents with choices of high care, low care, dementia care and extra service.
The design incorporates 5 care units offering predominantly single ensuited accommodation with balconies and terraces to internal courtyards, communal living areas, onsite laundry, catering facilities, day spa, hair salon, cafe, and basement car parking.
