WTP was commissioned by Cornerstone to provide conventional quantity surveying to the Casba Waterloo Project.

The project comprised two basement car parking levels, ten retail tenancies to ground level/level 1 and 66 apartments.

In addition to providing conventional quantity surveying services WTP was also engaged by the financiers to carry out a bank certification role.
