The Project was being procured in a two stage process including an RFP phase, followed by an early developer involvement (EDI) process.
The proposed accommodation was to include:
Building 1 – Higher Courts and Courts Administration Authority (CAA) inc: 31,030 m2 (Net Lettable Area) A-Grade with 85 secure car parking spaces
Building 2 – Attorney General’s Department office accommodation & other courts including 25,800 m2 (Net Lettable Area) A-Grade with 91 secure car parking spaces
