Gadens Lawyers Fitout, Brisbane

The Gadens Lawyers fitout consisted of the fitout of Levels 11 to 15 in the newly constructed 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

The fitout comprised a feature entry and reception area, meeting rooms, catering kitchen, offices and open plan office space, mail room and breakout and utility spaces.

A defining feature of the fitout is the curved staircase leading up through each of the levels.

With the use of feature timber slat panelling throughout and modern artwork pieces, Gaden’s and Hassell successfully gave the fitout a feel of Australia.

WT Partnership was engaged by Ranbury Project Management to undertake Quantity Surveying Services throughout the duration of the project from the indicative cost planning stage, to the tender review process and then into post contract and tax depreciation.
