Grant Thornton Fitout, Brisbane

In 2012, Grant Thornton’s Brisbane office relocated to a newly constructed office at 145 Ann Street, Brisbane.

The new office includes four work floors comprising reception area, meeting and board and conference rooms, open plan and executive offices, training areas, breakout and utility spaces.

A defining feature of the fitout works is the stairs connecting all of the four levels.

WT Partnership was engaged by the Grant Thornton to undertake Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services throughout the project duration from concept design stage to indicative cost planning stage, tender review process and then into the post contract stage.
