WT Partnership is providing Full Cost Management Services to Commercial & General and Calvary on the development of a new private hospital to serve the community of Adelaide.
The new hospital, is located adjacent to the SA Police Headquarters. The hospital includes space for A&E department, medical imaging, various procedure rooms, cardiology suite, critical and coronary care units, allied health areas, orthopaedic, neurological, surgical and rehabilitation IPU areas, consulting rooms, group meetings, therapy procedures and 3 levels of basement car parking.
The new facility will replace the aging facility on the cnr of Wakefield and Hutt Streets in Adelaide.
WT Partnership is specifically using our experience on the Norwest Private Hospital and Sydney Adventist Hospital to maximise the value for money obtained on the project whilst incorporating world’s best practice and current TS11 and Aus HFG standards into the design.
