Norton Rose, a large global law firm recently relocated to their new Brisbane head office located in the newly constructed at 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

The works comprised the fitout of 4 work floors including reception area, meeting and boardrooms, catering kitchen, open plan and executive offices, breakout and utility spaces.

A defining feature of the fitout works is the inter tenancy stairs connecting all of the 4 levels incorporating a green wall.

WT Partnership was engaged by Savills Project Management on behalf of Norton Rose to undertake Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services throughout the project duration from indicative cost planning stage to tender review process and then into the post contract stage.
