Golden Age Group’s latest development at 450 St Kilda Road incorporates demolition of the existing outdated office building and construction of a 18 storey hotel and apartment building.

The development includes four levels of basement car parking, ground floor lobby and cafe, a gym, pool, spa and sauna to level 1 and 232 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

WT worked with Sinclair Brook and Golden Age Group from early feasibility stage providing estimates and cost planning and assisted the developer through construction.
