The Soda Apartments project located in South Brisbane at 25-27 Cordelia Street comprises a 20 level tower including ground level retail tenancies and 133 apartments.

The project includes one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as a large roof deck area with pool and BBQ facilities.

The apartments include architecturally designed modern finishes and the building façade includes timber finishes, feature battens, a green wall and feature art work.

WTP was engaged by GDL Group to undertake Independent Certifier and Quantity Surveying services throughout the duration of the Project from the Indicative Cost Planning stage through to Practical Completion.
