Tushar Sawant is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 16 years of experience in cost management, contract administration, and program management across the built environment sector.
Throughout his career, Tushar has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and delivered value-driven solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, fit-out, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, industrial, and data centre developments. His expertise spans cost estimation, tender management, benchmarking, audit exercises, procurement strategy, and post-contract administration.
Known for his client-focused approach and strategic mindset, Tushar works closely with stakeholders to provide commercial clarity, manage project risks, and drive informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
