The New Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre will create a new home for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre along with new cancer research and clinical services for Melbourne Health and The University of Melbourne.

The Stage 1 Master Plan Project allows for the expansion of an existing Clinical Services Building to provide a new 11 storey acute care facility.

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology’s new project is their Queensland Headquarters for administration and pathology analysis. The site sits in the Markwell Street West precinct between Markwell Street and Harworth Street.
