Land Subdivisions

Subdivision of 50 hectares of land land to provide 330 land subdivision lots and 46 home sites together with 9 hectares of public park land over nine stages.

10-hectare residential community that will create almost 1,000 new homes over a 10-year period. This is a project of substantial scale and significance and is the largest suburban renewal to take place in Queensland.

WTP has been involved in this project since the bid phase and provided quantity surveying services to Becton and the Department on all dwellings, remediation, road works, footpaths, inground services, WSUD, open space (active and passive), street lighting, street furniture, landscape embellishments and road junctions/intersections.
