Public Private Partnerships (PPP)

The New Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre will create a new home for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre along with new cancer research and clinical services for Melbourne Health and The University of Melbourne.

Intent to improve capacity, efficiency and adaptability of justice facilities within the central business district through development of new facilities financed, designed and constructed on the site of the current Supreme Court on the corner of King William Street and Gouger Street (Courts Precinct).

EastLink is a 45 km tollway which connects Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs between the existing Eastern, Monash and Peninsula Freeways.

WTP has been involved in this project since the bid phase and provided quantity surveying services to Becton and the Department on all dwellings, remediation, road works, footpaths, inground services, WSUD, open space (active and passive), street lighting, street furniture, landscape embellishments and road junctions/intersections.

Being constructed under a 25-year design, build, operate PPP contract the Eastern Goldfields Prison Redevelopment project includes a new 350 bed prison, catering for both genders across all security ratings adjacent to the existing 100 bed prison.

Established on its current site in 1963, the Royal Children’s Hospital is a state-wide teaching, training and research paediatric hospital which provides a full range of child and adolescent health services including mental health services and is the designated provider for super specialist paediatric services for Victoria and Tasmania.

WT Partnership provided quantity surveying services to Plenary Group and the South Australian Government for the $40 million South Australian Police and Courts project, the first PPP project to be undertaken by the State.

The Royal North Shore Hospital redevelopment included construction of new hospital facility comprising: Community Health, New Acute Hospital, Douglas Building, Kolling Building and a Car park.
