A new stand including over 18,000 m2 of restaurants, bars, casual dining and lounge areas along with a new Members’ Dining Room and Champagne Bar.

The Activity Centre incorporates a new regional integrated community sport, recreation and education precinct including facilities for the Freemantle Football Club and education facilities for Curtin University.

Constructed at the Matthews Netball Centre in Floreat the new centre includes four world standard indoor netball courts.

Through our long term relationship with Melbourne Airport, WTP provided cost planning and cost management services to Essendon Football Club for their new High Performance Centre at Melbourne Airport.

WT Partnership was engaged by Racing New South Wales to provide quantity surveying services including financial reporting, cost verification, certification of drawdown claims against Funding Deed and contract administration services during the construction phase of the project.

The Marysville Community Hub forms part of the Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority’s charter to rebuild community assets following the devastating Black Saturday bushfires of February 2009 which destroyed the town of Marysville.

Split over three levels the building includes a hydrotherapy pool, sleep centre, 50-seat theatrette, fully equipped gym including 60 m Australian Standard sprint track, medical and physiotherapy rooms and an environmental chamber for exercising under controlled temperature, humidity and oxygen pressure to simulate altitude.

WT Partnership is currently engaged by the City of Cockburn to provide full quantity surveying services for the City of Cockburn's Regional Physical Activity Centre.
