Quantity Surveying & Construction Cost Management

WT Partnership is providing quantity surveying and superintendent services to Australian Unity for their innovative Carlton Wellbeing Precinct.

WT Partnership was engaged by BUPA to provide full quantity surveying services, including cost planning, full tender and post contract administration services through the construction phase for their development at 82 Allum St Bankstown on the site of the former Yagoona Bowling Club.

The $200 million redevelopment of the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery will create more than twice the present display space, including a dedicated facility for travelling exhibitions that will enable the Museum to host international exhibitions of a standard never before seen in Tasmania.

The new 4 storey St Mary’s Cathedral Meeting Place, which is connected to the western side of the original cathedral, incorporates a crypt in the basement and three other levels providing meeting spaces, offices and toilets.

WT Partnership (WTP) was commissioned by Colliers International Project Services to provide cost management consultancy services for fitout of the new data centre located at Gore Hill on Sydney’s north shore.

To allow relocation of the Royal Australian Air Force’s (RAAF) Officer Training School (OTS) from Point Cook to East Sale, over 20,000 m2 of new floor space including new teaching, office, living-in accommodation and a new mess hall were required to accommodate up to 300 OTS students per year.

WT Partnership provided quantity surveying and construction cost management services on the construction of the Holcim’s Precast Concrete Manufacturing Facility at Swanbank Enterprise Park.

Constructed at the Matthews Netball Centre in Floreat the new centre includes four world standard indoor netball courts.

Through our long term relationship with Melbourne Airport, WTP provided cost planning and cost management services to Essendon Football Club for their new High Performance Centre at Melbourne Airport.
