WTP provided quantity surveying services for the construction of a new multi-unit social housing development at 40 Brisbane Street.

WTP has been involved in this project since the bid phase and provided quantity surveying services to Becton and the Department on all dwellings, remediation, road works, footpaths, inground services, WSUD, open space (active and passive), street lighting, street furniture, landscape embellishments and road junctions/intersections.

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Southbank precinct the 254 m high, 74 storey irregular shaped Prima Pearl was unique in that the building was handed over to residents in stages, with 300 apartments handed over to their new owners in June 2014, almost a full year ahead of final project completion.

WTP assisted Malaysian property development company, SP Setia, as it makes its entrance into the Australian market with the Fulton Lane development.

The project includes the redevelopment of Westfield's Garden City Shopping Centre.

Located on Southbank Boulevard near the corner of City Road, the 319 m tall, 100 level, Australia 108 apartment tower will be the tallest residential tower in Australia.

WTP was engaged in 2012 to prepare detailed cost estimates for the works involved for the closure of all the stations, terminating the ticketing, power and other services, and removing the train sets from the track at the maintenance facility on Darling Drive along with removal of the support columns.

Improvement projects ranging from $10 million to $800 million including new rail works, river crossings, station relocations, bridges and underpasses, road widening, bridge re-building and new road construction.

Featherbrook Shopping Centre comprised the greenfield development of a neighbourhood centre, providing a full size supermarket, speciality shops, an enclosed entry mall and food court, two level commercial office and an architecturally striking free standing block of three restaurants.

WT Partnership acted as Independent Certifier for joint venture developers APN and Grocon for their 12-level development at 150 Collins Street.
