Being constructed under a 25-year design, build, operate PPP contract the Eastern Goldfields Prison Redevelopment project includes a new 350 bed prison, catering for both genders across all security ratings adjacent to the existing 100 bed prison.

Undertaken as part of Burswood’s $750 million redevelopment the Gaming Extension project comprised construction of an expansion of the gaming floor onto an existing podium deck, high quality fitout for casino gaming plus a pub, bar, restaurant, cafe, entertainment lounge and amenities.

Melbourne Airport’s concourse upgrade, baggage services and Secondary Examination Area (SEA) enhancement development located in the International Arrivals Reclaim Hall.

A 6,500 m² expansion to the west of the international satellite and included additional international departures bussing capacity, relocated and expanded international transit screening facilities, increased departures lounge seating and new floor area for premium airline lounges.

The Gadens Lawyers fitout consisted of the fitout of Levels 11 to 15 in the newly constructed 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

WT Partnership were engaged by National Australia Bank (NAB) at Stage 1 (due diligence through to business case) and then into detailed design, tender and construction of their $303 million Docklands Campus 2 development at 700 Bourke Street.

WT Partnership has been working with AMP Capital on their redevelopment plans for the Circular Quay Precinct.

WT Partnership were engaged by Australian Government Department of Defence to provide full quantity surveying services, including cost planning, full tender and post contract administration services through the construction phase to final account for the proposed facilities at Tobruk Line, Holsworthy.

WT Partnership was engaged by Scenic World to assist during the final negotiations with the Contractor and with Post Contract Administration of the Scenic Railway upgrade.

WT Partnership was engaged by Racing New South Wales to provide quantity surveying services including financial reporting, cost verification, certification of drawdown claims against Funding Deed and contract administration services during the construction phase of the project.
