WT Partnership (WTP) was commissioned to provide cost management consultancy services to the new science laboratory building at the Charles Sturt University at Wagga Wagga.

The $18 million car park includes external butterfly ramps on the eastern and western ends of the structure as well as lifts.

WTP was the appointed cost manager for the new Busselton Regional Health Campus in Western Australia which will be the Western Australian State Government’s first major health facility delivered under a BIM platform.

The new Vibe Hotel and Conference Centre in Marysville replaces the former Marysville Convention Centre which was destroyed in the Black Saturday bushfires of 2009.

Split over three levels the building includes a hydrotherapy pool, sleep centre, 50-seat theatrette, fully equipped gym including 60 m Australian Standard sprint track, medical and physiotherapy rooms and an environmental chamber for exercising under controlled temperature, humidity and oxygen pressure to simulate altitude.

WT Partnership is currently providing full cost management services to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for the construction of the new Australian embassy in Jakarta.

WT Partnership provided cost management advice for one of Australia's largest taverns with over 99 beer taps. Situated on the slopes of Eatons Hill, this development comprises a hotel, tavern and function centre for weddings, conferences and other business and social occasions.
