WTP was engaged in 2012 to prepare detailed cost estimates for the works involved for the closure of all the stations, terminating the ticketing, power and other services, and removing the train sets from the track at the maintenance facility on Darling Drive along with removal of the support columns.

Improvement projects ranging from $10 million to $800 million including new rail works, river crossings, station relocations, bridges and underpasses, road widening, bridge re-building and new road construction.

Parkes Way was lowered and a new bridge constructed to carry Kings Avenue traffic at its existing level over Parkes Way.

Being constructed under a 25-year design, build, operate PPP contract the Eastern Goldfields Prison Redevelopment project includes a new 350 bed prison, catering for both genders across all security ratings adjacent to the existing 100 bed prison.

WT Partnership was engaged by Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA), on behalf of NSW Government to undertake a Broad Order Cost Estimates for the New Sydney Convention & Entertainment Centre and Refurbished Sydney Entertainment Centre Masterplan.

Established on its current site in 1963, the Royal Children’s Hospital is a state-wide teaching, training and research paediatric hospital which provides a full range of child and adolescent health services including mental health services and is the designated provider for super specialist paediatric services for Victoria and Tasmania.

The Project provided the hospital with a brand new state of the art Emergency Department (ED) incorporating a 50 bed Medical Assessment and Planning Unit (MAPU) and a new helipad.

WT partnership provided full quantity surveying services for SA Police’s new headquarters in Adelaide’s Argus Street, the biggest police-building project in South Australia’s history to date.
