WT Partnership undertook full cost management services including feasibility estimates for various options through to final account for the Public Trustee of South Australia’s fit out to 211 Victoria Street in Adelaide.

Norton Rose, a large global law firm recently relocated to their new Brisbane head office located in the newly constructed at 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

In 2012, Grant Thornton's Brisbane office relocated to a newly constructed office at 145 Ann Street, Brisbane.

WT Partnership provided full cost planning and construction cost management for Herbert Smith Freehills new office at 161 Castlereagh Street.

Energex is the sole tenant in this new building which has a 6 Star Green Star rating. The 27,000 m2 campus environment has large floor plates with a central lift core and three full height atrium spaces within the central spine of the building linked by a series of inter-tenancy staircases.

WT Partnership provided a complete quantity surveying service from concept design through construction for AFSA’s new workspace.

WT Partnership were engaged by Colliers International on behalf of Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) to provide full quantity surveying services, including cost planning, full tender and post contract administration services through the construction phase for their commercial fit out at 44 Market Street, Sydney.

Working closely with the Project Manager to meet all deadlines, our services commenced with initial budget advice and cost planning throughout the design stage leading into post contract services during the construction stage.
