Telstra’s fit out of 275 George street in Brisbane has created a practical, flexible and modern workplace suitable for accommodating multiple teams.

The Arrow Energy fitout consisted of the fitout of Levels 31 – 40 in the newly constructed 111 Eagle St, Brisbane.

Refurbishment of an occupied building including extensive services upgrade, as well as extensive lobby and external works. The scope of works included replacing on floor services plant and BMCS, installing new fire services systems and controls, new electrical infrastructure and reticulation and lift upgrades.

The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) were relocating to 10-12 Mort Street and required a base build refurbishment as well as the fitout of their new space,

QGC, a BG Group Business entered into an engineering, procurement and construction contract with McConnell Dowell Constructors and Consolidated Contracting Company Australia for the ‘Narrows Crossing Contract’ as part of its Export Pipeline Contract in Gladstone / Curtis Island which is part of the Queensland Curtis LNG project

WT Partnership was engaged in 2013 to assist OZMinerals in setting of budgets and cost control for a pre-feasibility and feasibility study including an exploratory decline at their Carrapateena Mine located 160 km North of Port Augusta.

In 2010, Neumann Petroleum commissioned a new bulk fuel terminal on the Port of Brisbane owned pier at Eagle Farm to facilitate increased deliveries to the existing tank farm located further upriver.

The Spring Gully Phase 6 project involves the development of 28 production wells connected by underground water and gas gathering systems.

WT Partnership was engaged by Fortius Funds Management in 2006 to assist with full quantity surveying for the redevelopment of their 420 George Street site.

WT Partnership has been engaged by Grocon to provide cost planning services, detailed estimates of trade costs and value management services throughout the entire design development of the 480 Queen Street project.
